Dr. Jennifer Watters joined the Soft Tissue Center at DISC in 2010. Dr. Watters has training in chiropractic, as well as acupuncture and oriental medicine.
Dr. Watters earned numerous awards during her studies including the Recipient of the E. Maylon Drake Humanitarian Award and a member of the Delta Tau Alpha Fraternity at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. This is the university in which Dr. Watters earned her doctorate in chiropractic and master of acupuncture and oriental medicine. Dr. Watters earned her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and a bachelor of arts in psychology from University of California San Diego.
Dr. Watters has worked numerous events including AIDS Lifecycle 6 & 7, Avon Breast Cancer Walk, and Rancho Starbuk 5K, as well as outreach programs through Healing Hands for Humanity with health care trips to Bolivia and Tecate.
Dr. Watters continued her involvement in her favorite sport, which is rowing, and she served as Assistant Women’s Rowing Coach at University of California San Diego from 2004-2005.
Dr. Watters is an asset to the Soft Tissue Center at DISC with her good clinical outcomes with acupuncture and oriental medicine.
