Alpine skier and Red Bull athlete [Lindsey Vonn's](http://www.redbull.com/us/en/snow/athletes/1331578983813/lindsey-vonn) recovery from an ACL and MCL reconstruction was faster than what is expected from that type of injury,[ as shown in an infographic](http://www.redbull.com/us/en/snow/stories/1331623592335/lindsey-vonn-super-recovery), which also features orthopedic surgeon[ Dr. Andrew Bulczynski](https://discmdgroup.com/physicians/andrew-bulczynski-md/) as the expert.  Even with a minor setback after suffering a partial tear of her repaired ACL, Vonn returned to the World Cup competition 10 months after her knee injury.
