If you’ve gone through some sort of operation, then you likely want to get your life back on track as soon as possible, putting the pain behind you once and for all.  However, one worry is that a person will attempt to jumpstart their previous lifestyle before their rehabilitation regimen is complete, and this can spell trouble for one’s health.  Recovery from spinal fusion surgery, for instance, is not the kind of thing one wants to jump the gun on.
