Reaching That Which Seems Out Of Reach

A new article offers up some tips on getting past those exercise benchmarks that previously seemed out of reach.  It’s precisely at the moments where you feel like you’re burnt out and you can’t move on that you need to double down on your efforts to get at least some amount of exercise.  Realize that any form of exercise is good exercise, so when one goal seems beyond your reach, do something else and come back to it the next day.  In fact, you should be willing to spice up your workout regularly so that you never get caught in a rut, bored with what you’re doing and tempted to refrain from the activities that will allow you to get into the best shape possible.
