Yesterday, we discussed how it might be possible to improve the chances of a morning workout by planning ahead at night.  But if a morning workout isn’t for you, then there’s another daily opportunity that might present itself:  lunch.

A new report examines how more and more people are using the time afforded by their lunch break as a chance to get the exercise that seems just out of reach at other times of the day.  Although some people take it upon themselves to explore their fitness options at a local gym, some companies are even getting in the mix, offering opportunities to exercise within the office itself.
