If you’re an avid swimmer and are looking to get more out of your exercise of choice, then you might think about some of the tips available in a new report.  Among the things that an individual can do to improve their stride, so to speak, is to execute a proper movement when engaged in the “reach” portion of the swim.  You should strive to extend your arm, and when it makes contact with the water, it should be at a slight angle that allows your fingers to cut through the water.  Think of it as a comparison between how a dive goes through the water versus how a bellyflop breaks the surface.  There’s less water to displace, which can improve your time and ability.
