Dr. Billinghurst graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University and earned his medical degree from Cornell Medical College. He conducted spine research at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York and biomechanics research at Erasmus University in the Netherlands before completing his orthopedic surgery residency at UMDNJ and a fellowship in spine surgery at the San Diego Center for Spinal Disorders.
His clinical interests include minimally invasive spinal fusion, disc replacement, spinal decompression, kyphoplasty, and non-surgical pain management treatments.
