Dr. Pasquale X. Montesano is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with extensive training in general surgery and orthopedic spine surgery. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex spinal conditions, combining advanced surgical techniques with a patient-centered approach to care.
Dr. Montesano earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College and his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his medical internship in General Surgery at Westchester Medical Center, followed by two rigorous residency programs—first in General Surgery at Metropolitan Hospital and then in Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Vincent Hospital & Medical Center. He further advanced his expertise through a spinal surgery fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Dr. Montesano is a Diplomate of the American Board of Spine Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a Member of the American College of Forensic Examiners.
