Dr. Zachariah is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with advanced expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery, cervical disc replacement, and complex spinal disorders. His clinical focus centers on reducing tissue disruption, minimizing hospital stay, and accelerating recovery through modern surgical techniques performed in state-of-the-art outpatient and short-stay settings.

He believes that exceptional outcomes begin with proper patient selection, accurate diagnosis, and technical precision in the operating room. When surgery is indicated, Dr. Zachariah utilizes muscle-sparing, minimally invasive approaches whenever appropriate to reduce postoperative pain, decrease complication risk, and promote faster return to normal activity.

Dr. Zachariah has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in leading medical journals and has contributed to academic neurosurgery through research, teaching, and mentorship. His work reflects a commitment to advancing the science and safety of spine surgery.
