Bodybuilder Rachel McLish was featured as the cover story for the October 2013 issue of Ironman magazine. Back in January 2009, McLish had surgery at DISC Sports & Spine Center after dealing with muscle spasms and a chronic ache in her neck. Dr. Robert S. Bray performed the almost six hour surgery, which included having three vertebrae replaced with titanium cage like devices and also has titanium screws in her neck to hold it in place. Today at 58, McLish is feeling great and has not pain or discomfort.
