Planking Without Fear Of Injury

The report advises actually balancing a broom on your back while in the middle of the planking maneuver.  If you’re doing things right, most everything from your tailbone to your head should be touching that broom save for a small area of the lower back.  This kind of balance ensures your body is held up straight.
