In conjunction with Sport Chalet, DISC Sports & Spine Center (DISC) hosts this FREE seminar, designed to provide elite athletes and weekend warriors alike everything they need to know to prepare for action and reduce the risk of injury on the slopes.
Featuring Dr. Gary Brazina, a nationally recognized orthopedic surgeon, expert skier and PSIA instructor, and celebrity fitness trainer Paul Vincent, the insightful event will offer valuable tips on training and injury prevention, while revealing the changing spectrum of injuries as a result of new equipment and techniques. Brazina and Vincent will demonstrate key exercises, skills and techniques needed to stay healthy. Sport Chalet will highlight the year’s most exciting equipment updates and must-haves for skiers and snowboarders.
