One of the big problems affecting the United States is inactivity; so said the Attorney General according to a new report. He made that statement while visiting the American College of Sports Medicine in Indianapolis.
In today’s modern age, it’s becoming harder and harder to get an appropriate amount of activity. We sit at our jobs all day, and when we come home, the temptation to boot up a streaming device or sit on the couch with a tablet is quite tempting. That’s why the Attorney General’s statements are so important. He also noted that the country needs to pivot from an attitude of only treating illness once it appears to an attitude of preventing that sickness in the first place.
