Dr. Barrows, one of DISC's anesthesiologists, had three back-to-back spine operations at DISC in the past year. Dr. Bray removed a sizable herniation from Dr. Barrows' back in the first procedure, initially alleviating the anesthesiologist's nerve pain. However, after a few weeks without pain, Dr. Barrows was suddenly struck with a bout of intense, debilitating nerve pain.
