A Little Stretching Can Greatly Aid Your Rotator Cuff

A new article takes a look at some of the ways that an individual might improve the fitness of their rotator cuff.  The main stretch encouraged by the report involves the usage of a resistance band, so if this isn’t available at home, you may need to go to the gym to give it a try.  Basically, you tie the opposite end of the band to something off to the side of your body, bend your elbow at a right angle and toward the side, and then pull the band toward you.  Go only as far as the band allows, not trying to push things too far, especially as you start the exercise.  Doing this a few times can aid your rotator cuff greatly.
