Maintain Exercise Momentum When You're Away From Home

Even the most passionate fitness enthusiasts may be hard-pressed to continue their workouts when they’re on vacation or away for business.  Being out of town can sometimes feel like a marathon in and of itself, which is why attempting to stay fit or stick to a diet can be difficult.

A new report offers some tips to persons attempting to do just that, and they're worth checking out if you’re concerned about your ability to stick with fitness when away from home.  The advice hinges chiefly on planning and packing.  You have to come up with a plan to stick to your guns, and you have to pack in a way that encourages you to exercise.
