A few weeks ago, Tonee came into DISC for an Artificial Disc Replacement procedure performed by Dr. Mesiwala. She allowed DISC's film team to record an interview with her prior to the surgery. In the interview, Tonee described her nervousness, excitement, and complete confidence in Dr. Mesiwala.
She explained how the procedure didn't only represent a path to a better life physically – Dr. Mesiwala's procedure would be critical for her mentally as well. Since Tonee lives with bipolar disorder and is passionate about staying active, her neck pain severely affected her mental wellbeing.
